よくある確認項目
購入済みのProが反映されない
同じApple IDで購入済みの場合は、アプリ内の購入復元を使用してください。App Storeへのサインイン状態、制限設定、ネットワーク接続も確認してください。
フォルダを開けない
FrameSweepは、ユーザーが選択したフォルダだけを扱います。フォルダを移動した、外部ディスク名が変わった、macOSの権限が切れた場合は、アプリ内でもう一度そのフォルダを選択してください。
サムネイルやコンタクトシートが古い
サムネイルやコンタクトシートはMac上にキャッシュされます。ファイルを外部で入れ替えた後に表示が古い場合は、FrameSweepの設定からキャッシュ削除を実行して、再スキャンしてください。
縦型画像や縦長動画を確認したい
縦型画像はコンタクトシートでまとめて確認できます。縦長動画もサムネイル一覧、再生プレビュー、移動先への仕分けを同じ流れで扱えます。
変換が遅い、または失敗する
HEVC変換と画像再エンコードはMac上で実行されます。ファイル形式、ストレージ速度、Mac本体の性能、空き容量によって速度や結果が変わります。変換先の空き容量も確認してください。
FrameSweep Pro
FrameSweep Proは買い切りのApp内課金です。無料版の制限を超えて、仕分け、ゴミ箱移動、動画・画像変換、バッチ変換、変換後レビュー、変換済みファイル整理、見た目が似たファイルの確認を使えます。

Please send private video or image files only if support specifically asks for a small sample.
Common checks
Purchased Pro is not active
If you purchased with the same Apple ID, use Restore Purchase in the app. Also check App Store sign-in state, restriction settings, and network connectivity.
A folder cannot be opened
FrameSweep works only with folders you explicitly choose. If a folder moved, an external drive name changed, or macOS permissions expired, choose that folder again inside the app.
Thumbnails or contact sheets look stale
FrameSweep caches thumbnails and contact sheets on your Mac. If they look stale after files were changed outside the app, clear the cache from Settings and scan again.
Reviewing portrait images or vertical videos
Portrait images can be reviewed with contact sheets. Vertical videos stay in the same thumbnail, playback, and destination-sorting workflow.
Conversion is slow or fails
HEVC video conversion and image re-encoding run on your Mac. Speed and results depend on the file format, storage speed, Mac hardware, and available disk space. Also check free space at the output destination.
FrameSweep Pro
FrameSweep Pro is a one-time In-App Purchase. It removes the free limits for sorting, Trash moves, video and image conversion, batch conversion, output review, converted-file cleanup, and visual match analysis.
